PLEASE REVIEW THESE GUIDELINES PRIOR TO RECEIVING A SERVICE AT OAK BARBERSHOP. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT VIA OUR ONLINE SCHEDULER IMPLIES AGREEMENT WITH THESE POLICIES
We understand that circumstances arise that require cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. The following policies are established to ensure that we can provide all of our valued clients the best possible service and experience.
A Six hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. This allows ample time for another client seeking service to make an appointment online. Any cancellations or modifications within six hours will be subject to paying the full price of the service prior to any future services.
Our online appointment service will allow you to cancel or modify your appointment using the links in the confirmation email, if you are not inside the six hour cancellation window. You may also email us to cancel or request a reschedule.
Late Arrivals
Please be on time. We schedule services back to back, so we ask that you arrive on time for your haircut. If you are later than ten minutes, as to not disrupt clients coming in after you, we will have to cancel your haircut. If your haircut is cancelled due to lateness, you must pay the full cost of the missed service.
ALL SERVICES PERFORMED AT OAK BARBERSHOP ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. WE DO NOT HAVE SET HOURS, NOR CAN WE ACCOMMODATE ANY WALK IN APPOINTMENT REQUESTS
