PLEASE REVIEW THESE GUIDELINES PRIOR TO RECEIVING A SERVICE AT OAK BARBERSHOP

ALL SERVICES PERFORMED AT OAK BARBERSHOP ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. WE DO NOT HAVE SET HOURS, NOR CAN WE ACCOMMODATE ANY WALK IN APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

Clients must wear a face mask to enter the shop, and the face mask must remain on during the entire haircut. There may be times when your barber will ask you to hold the mask on your face with your hand and loosen or remove the ear strap from your ear to facilitate performing the haircut around the ear. For the purposes of getting a haircut, the “ear loop” style mask is preferable to the “head strap” style, but we can accommodate any type of mask during the service.


We understand that circumstances arise that require cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. The following policies are established to ensure that we can provide all of our valued clients the best possible service and experience.

A Three hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. This allows ample time for another client seeking service to make an appointment online. Any cancellations or modifications within Three hours will be subject to paying the full price of the service prior to any future services.
Our online appointment service will allow you to cancel or modify your appointment using the links in the confirmation email, if you are not inside the three hour cancellation window. You may also email us to cancel or request a reschedule.

Late Arrivals
Please be on time. We try to keep our price increases rare, and one of the ways we do this is booking back to back appointments all day long. We book 45 minute appointments so that we have the time to give you a haircut we're proud to send you out the door with, and we need that time for every client, so we will have to reschedule any client who is more that ten minutes late for their appointment so that the rest of the clients that day aren't impacted. If you are wanting a beard trim with your appointment, you must be on time to be able to allow time for both services. Any appointment that is rescheduled due to lateness will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
